Patric Oliver - Percussionist

Patric Oliver is a Los Angeles based musician/percussionist. With an eclectic background in rock, funk, jazz and – especially – Flamenco, he has been working and touring with numerous Flamenco dance ensembles in Europe, the United States, and Japan.
Patric is a veteran of the Southern California Flamenco scene, having played in many major productions such as Roberto Amaral’s “Fuego Flamenco”, Oscar Nieto’s “Mozaico Flamenco”, La Tania’s “Abrazo”. Patric and his cajon playing were featured in the Jennifer Lopez music video “Ain’t It Funny”. He is currently working to expand the musical possibilities of the cajon drum into jazz and rock music.
In addition to his musical work, Patric is a drum maker, manufacturing and selling a line of Flamenco cajon drums through his company POPercussion.
